Inspired by the lovely Sheila Macneil’s post I thought I would take a look at my Co-Author generated Linked In Review. I went onto the site today to find that they now have a wait list but then remembered that I actually signed up for it last week ( my memory has clearly not got my new years resolution hint yet) so when I checked my in box it was in fact there in all its glory ..
I was quite surprised by mine, I don’t really do all that much on LinkedIn but I quite liked that it picked up on the community-related aspects of my very limited amount of activity. I also quite liked the overall feel of the post – maybe that’s due to the ‘feel’ of the posts ? I was also super impressed that it referenced my love of open educational practice !
I am pretty rubbish at remembering what I have done and if I don’t write it down somewhere it will disappear into the old memory vaults never to be seen again ( hence the New Years resolution of trying to blog more about stuff) so I found this quite helpful. I think also there is something psychologically helpful about sharing something that has been generated as in some ways it feels a bit less braggy – I’m always a bit uncomfortable when sharing stuff I’ve done and I’m not quite sure I would have been as bold to suggest that I have a superpower of connecting leaders through digital transformation but I do actually quite like that as a strap line and it somehow makes it easier to share because it has been written for me !
Not quite sure of the vibe of specialist, mentor and fellow either but perhaps it was a bit confused and couldn’t describe me as anything else – personally I would have said pink, sparkly and fluffy but hey there you go !

This is the text that it provided.
Here’s my 2024 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio:
2024 proved that digital leadership isn’t just about technology – it’s about building communities that celebrate learning together 💖
This year validated something I’ve always believed: when we share our practice openly, everyone grows stronger. From receiving the Golden Tweeter Award to watching our Miro community flourish, every milestone showed the power of connected learning.
Key moments that made my digital heart happy:
• Received the Golden Tweeter Award from #LTHEchat for long-term community impact
• Earned almost all available Miro badges (yes, #deblovesbadges is still going strong! 😀)
• Advanced my PhD research while supporting others through visual collaboration
• Continued shaping the #SocMedHE24 conference as committee member
• Led Digital Leaders Programme at Jisc with focus on community-driven innovation
Three posts that captured our collective journey:
“Super honoured to receive the Golden Tweeter Award” – On how sustained community engagement creates lasting impact

“Miroverse is celebrating its 4th birthday!” – Reflecting on how visual collaboration transforms both teaching and research
https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7204778762847076353
“Looking forward to the 10th #SocMedHE conference” – Because great communities keep growing stronger together

To our incredible learning technology community – from #LTHEchat champions to Miro Heroes to my PhD peers – thank you for showing how digital spaces become places of real connection and growth.
2025 Focus: Expanding digital leadership impact through Jisc while completing PhD research and continuing to champion open educational practices. Because when we learn together, we all go further.
